I've always been intrigued as to why people can sometimes maintain something for a period of time, then completely fall off the wagon & fall back into their old ways (me included!).

In 2022, I did some training on mental fitness (think physical fitness but for the mind) and how we sabotage our thoughts and actions which impacts all areas of our life & what I discovered was the missing piece that I've always been looking for!

My name is Wick Nixon from Wicked Wellbeing and I'm all about empowering healthy living for busy women.

I'm a super passionate foodie, but I know in order to make nutritional choices, it comes down to how we feel and how we show up in life. That's where mental fitness comes in.
