Let me introduce myself...

My name is Wick Nixon from Wicked Wellbeing and I'm all about healthy eating made easy for busy women.

I'm an award winning author of two healthy kids lunch box cookbooks, founder of the Wicked Healthy Tribe, (my online health & wellbeing membership), a coach and mother of three teenagers (and fitness enthusiast!).
