We’ll fast together as a community, supporting and encouraging one another through the process through our Facebook Group -

We’ll reflect, re-feed gently, and celebrate the incredible work your body’s just done – you’ll be amazed at how strong, clear, and empowered you feel, just trust me!

If you don’t want to do the full 24 hours, that’s absolutely fine — even extending your fast by a few hours will be incredibly empowering.
