In 2015, I started Wicked Wellbeing with a simple goal: to help parents create healthier lunchboxes. What began as a free challenge that unexpectedly went viral turned into two self-published, award-winning healthy kidsā lunchbox cookbooksĀ ā thanks to incredible support from people like you. But hereās the twist⦠my own kids wouldnāt touch the recipes! Total mum fail? At the time, yesĀ āĀ but it also turned out to be the best thing that couldāve happened.
That āfailureā was a turning point. It made me realise that real change starts with us. When we feel strong, healthy, and confident in our own skin, everything else falls into placeĀ āĀ including how we show up for our families.
SINCE THEN...
My journey has always been about keeping it real. Iāve shared the highs and lowsĀ āĀ from parenting struggles to the messy middle of midlife. And as much as Iāve learned, Iāve never stopped evolving. Because just like you, Iām still in the thick of itĀ āĀ navigating stress, hormones, sleep (or lack of it sometimes), and everything in between.
Through it all, one thingās remained true: Iām deeply passionate about helping you prioritise your health and wellbeing. My online membership, which I launched in 2017, has created life-changing shifts for so many womenĀ āĀ and it lights me up every day to watch them take back control of their lives.
In 2023, the Thermomix entered my world. I was sceptical at first, but it completely changed the way I eat and cookĀ āĀ and how easily I could support my clients to do the same. Now Iām a consultant and love showing others how this little machine can simplify healthy living in a big way.
AND NOW...
As a certified Fast Like a Girl Coach through Dr. Mindy Pelz, Iāve added another powerful layer to my work. This means Iām trained in the science of female fasting, hormone health, and metabolic healingĀ āĀ specifically for women going through perimenopause and beyond. Itās a complete game-changer. Because women need a different approach in midlifeĀ āĀ not harder, just smarter. And thatās exactly what I teach.
Alongside coaching and my online programmes, I host regular day and weekend retreats. Theyāve become the ultimate reset for women deeply cravingĀ time to breathe, reflect, and feel like themselves again.
