On Wednesday, 27th May, 7.30pm, from the comfort of your own home, we’re cooking a high-protein, blood-sugar-friendly menu using the Thermomix – featuring my 🔥 high-protein bagels (low carb, gluten free + 17g per serve!). They’re seriously worth attending for alone! I'll show you how to make them, load them up with toppings to push the protein count through the roof.

You’ll finish with fresh ideas (and flavours) plus simple ways to create meals that reduce cravings, improve energy, improve moods & your sleep! 

Bonus: For the 3 recipes that I've created personally, you’ll get the importable Thermomix versions so you can load straight into your Cookidoo account and recreate them at home. My recipes are simple and easy to follow – you don’t need to be a kitchen whizz to make them!

On the menu is:

Hi, I’m Wick, a passionate Thermomix Consultant and a total foodie who loves making healthy eating feel easy (and actually delicious). I’m big on nutrient-dense meals that support your lifestyle – steady energy, stable blood sugars, and food that keeps you feeling full and satisfied.

Alongside Thermomix, I also coach women through perimenopause, menopause and post-menopause using fasting and lifestyle strategies as a Certified Fast Like a Girl Coach trained under Dr Mindy Pelz (you may have heard of her).
