On Sunday, 15th March, 2pm, we’re cooking a high-protein, blood-sugar-friendly menu in the Thermomix – featuring my 🔥 high-protein bagels (low carb, gluten free + 17g per serve!). They’re seriously worth coming for. We’ll make them together and load them up with toppings to push the protein count through the roof.
You’ll leave with fresh ideas (and flavours) plus simple ways to create meals that support steady blood sugars, steady energy, fewer cravings, and feeling properly satisfied.
Bonus: For the 3 recipes that I've created personally, you’ll get the importable Thermomix versions so you can load them straight into your Thermomix and recreate them at home. My recipes are simple and easy to follow – you don’t need to be a kitchen whizz to make them at home!
